Clipboard SSO for Staff

SSO configuration in Clipboard

  1. In the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On>Identity Provider>XML File>Download
  2. In the Clipboard Configuration page>Navigate to Settings>Security>Configure SSO>Configure
  3. Under SSO enabled select App
  4. Under App Metadata Url select Upload a File Instead
  5. Select the metadata from Cloudworks
  6. Under Property mapping>SAML attribute name, replace NameID with mail
  7. Click Save
  8. Under Service Provider>Metadata URLs>App, save XML file


SSO configuration in Cloudworks

  1. In the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On>Add New Service>Upload an XML file
    Name = Clipboard
    Upload = Upload the XML from Clipboard
  2. Click Submit
