Zoom Side

  1. Login into the Zoom Web Portal
  2. Navigate to Advanced>Single Sign On>Service Provider Certificate>Edit
  3. Select Zoom Certificate(Expires in January 2025)
  4. Click View
  5. Click Download

Cloudwork Side

  1. Login to the Cloudwork Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Single Sign On>Service List>Zoom>SAML Config>Edit
  3. Under Certificates, delete the existing row
  4. Still under certificates, click Add Row
  5. In the new row, select checkbox Used for Signing and paste the value of the Zoom Certificate(Expires in January 2025) under Content.
  6. Click Submit
