Single Sign On with Trackone

  1. Login the Trackone admin settings
  2. Under SSO fill out the field:
    • WS Fed Metadata: Navigate to Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Metadata Details>EntityID
    • Client Id: The URL you use to access Learning Analytics
    • Identity Provider: Navigate to Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Metadata Details>EntityID
    • Origin: The URL you use to access Learning Analytics

Single Sign On with Cloudwork

  1. Login to Cloudwork dashboard
  2. Navigate to Single Sign On>Add New Service>Custom SAML Service
  3. Fill out the form:
    Name = Trackone
    Entity ID = The URL you use to access Learning Analytics
    ACS = <The URL you use to access Learning Analytics>/AuthServices/Acs
    Single Logout Service = Leave blank
    NameID Format = select from drop down urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:unspecified
    Name ID = From the drop down select User Name
    Login URL = Leave blank
  4. Click Submit
  5. Click Services
  6. Select Trackone from Services list
  7. In SAML Config click Edit
  8. Under Signature Algorithm, select SHA256
  9. Under Assertion Consumer Service Binding make sure the following rows are created/exist under Binding and Location then afterwards click submit:
