Single Sign On with Trackone

  1. Login the Trackone admin settings
  2. Under SSO fill out the field:
    • WS Fed Metadata: Navigate to Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Metadata Details>EntityID
    • Client Id: The URL you use to access Learning Analytics
    • Identity Provider: Navigate to Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Metadata Details>EntityID
    • Origin: The URL you use to access Learning Analytics

Single Sign On with Cloudwork

  1. Login to Cloudwork dashboard
  2. Navigate to Single Sign On>Add New Service>Custom SAML Service
  3. Fill out the form:
    Name = Trackone
    Entity ID = The URL you use to access Learning Analytics
    ACS = Assertion Consumer Service (ACS URL) from email with Trackone
    Single Logout Service = Leave blank
    NameID Format = select from drop down urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:unspecified
    Name ID = From the drop down select Email
    Login URL = Leave blank
  4. Click Submit
  5. Click Services
  6. Select Trackone from Services list
  7. In SAML Config click Edit
  8. Under Signature Algorithm, select SHA256
  9. Click Submit
