Disabling MFA via SMS

In the Cloudwork Dashboard>Settings>CloudworkID Settings>Features>Multifactor Method
By selecting Disallow SMS Factor, this will disallow users from setting up MFA via SMS

Note

If a user has setup MFA via SMS before the setting was enabled, this will not stop the user from using MFA via SMS or remove MFA via SMS from the user's account.
