Removing Duplicated Custom Attributes
When a user changes an association from one sync profile to another, this can cause the custom attributes to be duplicated in the user profile.
To remove the duplicate custom attribute:
- Navigate to the Cloudwork Dashboard>User
- Search for the user with the duplicate custom attribute
- Under Custom Attributes, click Edit
- Remove all rows by clicking the red minus, so that there are no custom attributes left in the custom attributes table.
- Click Submit
- In the user profile>Sync Status>Sync Profile
- Click the sync profile listed, this will redirect to the sync profile's configuration page
- Click Start Full Resync
