SSO Setup with Jotform

In the Jotform Dashboard:

1. Under Identity Provider Metadata>Entity ID, copy the value from Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Entity ID and paste it in
   
2. Under Identity Provider Metadata>SSO URL, copy the value from Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Sign On Endpoint and paste it in
   
3. Under Identity Provider Metadata>Certificate, copy the value from Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Certificate
   
4. Save changes

In the Cloudwork Dashboard

1. Go to Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Add New Service>Custom SAML Service
   
2. Fill in form:
   • Name: JotForm
   • EntityID: Paste value from JotForm Dashboard>Service Provider Metadata>Entity ID
   • Assertion Consumer Service: Paste value from JotForm Dashboard>Service Provider Metadata>Assertion Consumer Service URL
3. Click Submit
4. Go to Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>JotForm>SAML Config>Edit
5. Under Certificates, check Used for Signing, and paste into Content the value from JotForm Dashboard>Service Provider Metadata>Certificate
6. Click Submit
