Salesforce

Setting up SSO on Salesforce side

  1. In the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>XML File>Download
  2. Save XML File
  3. Go to Salesforce Admin Dashboard and upload the XML file from step 2


Setting up SSO on Cloudwork's side

  1. Get the Entity ID from Salesforce
  2. Go to the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Add New Service
  3. Select Custom SAML Service
  4. Fill out field:
    • Name: Salesforce
    • EntityID: Entity ID from Salesforce
    • Assertion Consumer Service: Entity ID from Salesforce
    • NameID Value: Username
  5. Click Submit
  6. Go to the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Salesforce
  7. Under SAML Config click Edit
  8. In Signature Algorithm select SHA256
  9. Click Submit
