Enable MFA for users as an admin

Enable MFA for CloudworkID Authenticator via admin

By enabling MFA for Authenticator App via admin, users can have MFA operating, without having their personal mobile tied to their account.

  1. Have the user download the CloudworkID Authenticator: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.coherentcloud.cwauthapp&hl=en&gl=AU
  2. Login as an admin to the Cloudwork Dashboard
  3. Navigate to Users and click intended user
  4. Under Security click Enable Cloudwork MFA App
  5. Open up the CloudworkID Authenticator, click the "+" sign and scan the QR code
