Nag Screen

The Nag Screen is an optional screen that IT Admins can enable in the Cloudwork Dashboard>Side Menu>Settings>Cloudwork.ID Settings>Account Recovery Settings
The Nag Screen is a screen that gets displayed to users with no Recovery Information details for their account and asks users to add recovery details.
The text for the Nag Screen is not customisable.

Example of the Nag Screen


Nag Screen workflow for users

The workflow for when Nag Screen is enabled and users log into a service:

  1. Login with username and password
  2. Nag Screen will appear
  3. Enter Recovery Detail or click I'll do it later
  4. If the user has MFA, MFA prompt will appear
  5. Once MFA has been completed, login will continue
