SSO Configuration in Solarwinds
- In the Solarwind Dashboard', got to Setup>Account>SSO>Okta
- Populate the field as follow:
- Identity Provider URL: Go to Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On>Identity Provider>Entity ID. Copy and paste value
- Logout URL and Error URL: Go to Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On>Identity Provider>Log out Endpoint. Copy and paste value
- SAML Issuer: Go to Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On>Identity Provider>Entity ID. Copy and paste value
- Identity Provider x.509 Certificate: Go to Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On>Identity Provider>Certificate>Download. Open file and copy contents.
- After saving settings, download the XML from Solarwinds
SSO Configuration in Cloudwork
- In the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On>Add New Service>Upload an XML file
- Name = Solarwind
- Upload = Upload the XML from Solar
- Click Submit
- Click Service>Solarwind>SAML Config>Edit
- Change NameID Value to Email
- Click Submit
