Salesforce
Setting up SSO on Salesforce side
- In the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>XML File>Download
- Save XML File
- Go to Salesforce Admin Dashboard and upload the XML file from step 2
Setting up SSO on Cloudwork's side
- Get the Entity ID from Salesforce
- Go to the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Add New Service
- Select Custom SAML Service
- Fill out field:
- Name: Salesforce
- EntityID: Entity ID from Salesforce
- Assertion Consumer Service: Entity ID from Salesforce
- NameID Value: Username
- Click Submit
- Go to the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Salesforce
- Under SAML Config click Edit
- In Signature Algorithm select SHA256
- Click Submit
