Softlink Oliver
Setting up SSO with Cloudwork
- Oliver Support letting support that you are trying to configure SSO between Cloudwork and Softlink Oliver. Request your Oliver URL
- In the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Add New Service>Custom SAML Service
- Fill out the form:
- Name: Softlink Oliver
- Entity ID: https://<schoolname>.softlinkhosting.com.au:443
- Assertion Consumer Service: https://<schoolname>.softlinkhosting.com.au:443/oliver/Login
- Single Logout Service: Leave blank
- NameID Value: User Name
- NameID Format: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:unspecified
- Login URL: Leave Blank
Setting up SSO with Oliver
- Copy the value in the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>EntityID
- In Softlink Oliver Admin Dashboard, navigate to Manangement>Parameters
- Search for 8250
- Click Edit and navigate to Parameter 8279 samlMetadataURL
- Click Import IdP Metadata
- Enter EntityID that was copied from Step 1
- Under Parameter 8258 samlNameIDPolicyFormat, set the value to urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:unspecified
