Zoom Side
- Login into the Zoom Web Portal
- Navigate to Advanced>Single Sign On>Service Provider Certificate>Edit
- Select Zoom Certificate(Expires in January 2025)
- Click View
- Click Download

Cloudwork Side
- Login to the Cloudwork Dashboard
- Navigate to Single Sign On>Service List>Zoom>SAML Config>Edit
- Under Certificates, delete the existing row
- Still under certificates, click Add Row
- In the new row, select checkbox Used for Signing and paste the value of the Zoom Certificate(Expires in January 2025) under Content.
- Click Submit
