Issue
When navigating in the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>select a service>Download Service Metadata When clicking on Download Service metadata, an error saying {"messsage": "Internal Server Error"}
Workaround or fix
Creating a new SSO Service or viewing SSO service configuration
If the service you are trying to view the Service metadata for is using the default configuration, then you can get the same information from: Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>XML File>Download
Downloading metadata for renewing SSO certificate
If your school is in the process of renewing the SSO signing certificate, the following changes will need to be completed:
First, download a copy of the XML File with just the original signing certificate:
Navigate to the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>XML File>Download
- Navigate to the Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Certificates>Edit
- Under Rollover Certificate assign the newly created rollover certificate
- Click Submit
- Under XML File click Download
