Before setting up your new service, you'll need to do some preparation.
The following groups need to be created:
- Fundamentals
- Public RO
- Public RW
- Tools Admin RO
- Tools Admin RW
You can put these groups wherever you like, you just need to let us know where in your AD they reside and we will sort the rest out. Alternatively, you can set up a Sync profile to collect these groups.
We recommend that all users that will use Complispace automatically be placed into the below groups, as they are required to log in to Complispace:
- Fundamentals
- Public RO
You will need to provide Complispace with a link to your metadata. Your metadata can be found as Entity ID in Features -> Single Sign on -> Identity Provider
Complispace will give you a link to their metadata which you will need to input in the next screen. They will also need details for a test user that is in at least the Fundamentals and Public RO groups.
If you are not comfortable setting up sync profiles, or need assistance with anything else in this process, let us know and will be happy to help.
