Basic Setup of Cloudwork.ID

This documentation will only go over basic configuration changes to Cloudwork.ID settings consisting of changing the appearance, and functionality of user management in Cloudwork.ID

Changing appearance of Cloudwork.ID

  1. In the Cloudwork Dashboard>side menu>Settings>Cloudwork.ID Settings
  2. Under Look and Feel'
  3. Click Edit
  4. Under Title, change the Value to match the School's Name
  5. Under Banner Logo, Upload a banner logo
  6. Enable Show Banner Logo
  7. Under Homepage Logo, upload a homepage logo
  8. Click Submit

Allowing users to manage their details

  1. In the Cloudwork Dashboard>side menu>Settings>Cloudwork.ID Settings
  2. Under Features
  3. Select the Following for each field:
    Cloudwork.ID Homepage = Display Portal Page
    Passwords = Users can change their password
    Recovery Information = Users can change their recovery information
    Multifactor Authentication = Users can manage multifactor authentication
    Disable Multifactor = Users can disable multifactor authentication
    User must enable MFA = No
    Allow PAsswordless Login = Use Passkeys
    Let Users configure Passwordless Login without enforcing MFA = Allow single factor authentication with Passkeys
    Enable Trusted Devices = Users can trust device
    Multifactor Authentication Whitelist = Leave Blank
    Mutlfactor Push Alert Action = Allow Notification Actions
    Multifactor Methods = Disallow SMS Factors
    Reject Compromised Passwords = Yes
    Compromised Password Threshold = 50
    Session Length = 7
