SSO Setup with Jotform
In the Jotform Dashboard:
- Under Identity Provider Metadata>Entity ID, copy the value from Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Entity ID and paste it in
- Under Identity Provider Metadata>SSO URL, copy the value from Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Sign On Endpoint and paste it in
- Under Identity Provider Metadata>Certificate, copy the value from Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Identity Provider>Certificate
- Save changes
In the Cloudwork Dashboard
- Go to Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>Add New Service>Custom SAML Service
- Fill in form:
- Name: JotForm
- EntityID: Paste value from JotForm Dashboard>Service Provider Metadata>Entity ID
- Assertion Consumer Service: Paste value from JotForm Dashboard>Service Provider Metadata>Assertion Consumer Service URL
- Click Submit
- Go to Cloudwork Dashboard>Single Sign On Services>JotForm>SAML Config>Edit
- Under Certificates, check Used for Signing, and paste into Content the value from JotForm Dashboard>Service Provider Metadata>Certificate
- Click Submit
