Override CloudworkID Settings
Overriding the CloudworkID setting allows IT admins to enforce a specific set of rules and constraints on a subset of users.
An example of where this can be helpful is where you have a Teacher OU and Student OU where the Teacher OU needs MFA enforced across all users while Students do not need MFA enforced.
This can be further extended if you have a Teacher OU with the children OU of Teacher/Coaches OU and Teacher/IT_Staff OU where the Teacher and Teacher/Coaches OU do not require enforced MFA while Teacher/IT_STaff OU requires all users to have MFA enabled.

How to override the CloudworkID Settings
- In the Cloudwork Dashboard>Settings>CloudworkID Settings
- Select an OU to override the Cloudwork Settings for
- Select which table to override the CloudworkID Settings for
- Click Override Settings and Confirm
- Update the appropriate settings
- Click Submit
Notes
When overriding the CloudworkID settings, this means changes to the Parent OU that IT Admins need to pass through to all Children OU will not be passed to the overridden children OUs and will need to be manually updated.
