When a service provider provides an XML file this can be uploaded to a Cloudwork Dashboard to add this service.
In the Cloudwork Dashboard, Go to Features -> Single Sign On -> Add New Service -> Upload an XML file
After that you will be presented with a form where you can enter a name for the service and upload the XML file:
