Password Complexity

The setting to change password complexity is located in: Cloudwork.ID Settings> Password Settings

Minimum Password Length = The minimum number of characters a password needs to. If there is minimum password length in AD, password length checks will use whichever is longer

Require Complexity = Setting it to Enforce Complexity Requirements will enable complexity requirements while No complexity requirement will disable the complexity requirements

Complexity Requirement Rule

When Complexity Requirement is enabled, you must include 3 kinds of symbols out of the following categories in your password.

  • lower case letter (a, ä, à)
  • upper case letter (A, Ï, Ñ)
  • number (1,2,3,4,5)
  • punctuation or currency (@#$%^&£)
  • special-case letter (korean symbols, kanji, hiragana, katakana and other weird letters)
