Cloudwork IP Range
Cloudwork is updating its server infrastructure. This will involve a transition to a new IP range. The transition will commence on 1/9/2022 and will need to be completed by 30/3//2023. IP address ranges to be configured in your firewalls will need to be as follows:
- Legacy - Prior to 1/9/2022
- 116.197.148.0/25 - existing legacy range
- Transition period Starting 1/9/2022 to 30/3/2023
- 116.197.148.0/25 & 116.197.151.0/25 - new range to be added
- New configuration - Starting 30/3/2023
- 116.197.151.0/25 & 116.197.148.0/25- legacy(old) range to be retained until decommissioned
The IP range is used to allow us access through your school's firewall to the school's directory on port 636(LDAPS).
