Login to the cloudwork dashboard>Single Sign On>Identity Provider
Under XML file click Download
Email the XML file you just downloaded to Elcom and request Elcom for their metadata.

Login to the cloudwork dashboard>Single Sign On>Add a New Service>Upload an XML File
Enter Elcome the name
Choose the XML file you received from Elcom
Upload the file
